Since October 19th, 2022, Eagle Ridge Board Directors Glen Barclay, Todd Richard, and Michelle Woodward have conducted Board business in private meetings excluding Directors Tanja Bergh and Chris Ahl.
Furthermore, Ms. Bergh and Mr. Ahl have been excluded from any Board discussions, decisions and documentation, which they are entitled, by law, to receive.
Here is a list of actions, to date, taken by the "other three" Board members in the absence of Chris and Tanja.
