A very detailed and professional discussion on the "other three's" failure to provide transparency and proper oversight on our communities finances can be found in the "RECENT MAILINGS" tab above.

The example below list recent example of the most egregious violations of our trust.

Inadequate Supervision of Expenditures

Below is Marina Landscaping's Tier 1 proposal showing -- on the highlighted line -- an item for 12600’ of 14 gauge irrigation wire at $69,300. Just below that is another attachment showing the actual price to buy the same wire in the retail market.

Marina marked this up $67,300.25!

Tanja Bergh and Chris Ahl asked for other vendors to have an opportunity in front of the Board. The "other three" blocked them, and no other vendor was invited to present their proposal before the Board.

In fact, Marina's bid was pushed across the table without the courtesy of providing it in advance to Chris and Tanja for review. They both refused to approve the bid under this pressure, in defense of their duty to put the interests of homeowners first and negotiate the best deal. They were outvoted and the bid was approved.

And we, the homeowners, paid the unnecessary $67,300.25
 out of our pockets.

This is but one of many examples of why we need Nicki and Mike A. on the Board to put homeowners' interests ahead of favored vendors. Please spread the word. Join our next Zoom call on February 1st, at 7 pm or join our Facebook Group. Links to both are on the Candidates page of this site. Thank you.

The retail price for 2500’, as in the attachment below, is $399.95. Multiply that cost to get 12,600’ and the result is $1999.75. A difference of $67,300.25.
